Public Offer for Service Provision

1. Definitions
Offer – this document. Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer terms by payment. Service Provider – [Your legal name]. Services – provision of access to Premium features of AIrepost.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the User with access to Premium features, and the User undertakes to pay for these services. The list of Premium features and prices are published at https://airepost.ru/ru/subscription.
3. Procedure for concluding the Agreement
The Agreement is considered concluded upon successful payment by the User for the selected tariff. Acceptance of the Offer is the payment itself. Payment is made through YooKassa and/or T-Bank payment systems.
4. Cost and payment procedure
The cost of services is published on the website and may be changed unilaterally. Changes do not affect already paid periods. Payment is made in Russian rubles.
5. Subscription period
The subscription is provided for the selected period: 30, 90 or 365 days. Auto-renewal is not applied – renewal requires a new payment.
6. Procedure for service provision
Access to Premium features is granted automatically after payment confirmation. Services are considered duly rendered at the moment of granting access.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made in cases provided for by Russian law: if the service was not provided due to technical reasons, double charge, or other cases under the Consumer Protection Law. To request a refund, contact support at airepost@bk.ru.
8. Liability of the parties
The Service Provider's liability is limited to the cost of the paid service. The Service Provider is not liable for blocking Telegram/MAX accounts, Telegram restrictions (FloodWait), or third-party actions.
9. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, internet failures, etc.).
10. Changes to terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change the Offer terms. Changes take effect upon publication and do not apply to already paid periods.
